Yeah i know it was all for fun, i wrote that in your 1st response thread on cc, saying its all good, cuz seems like kats think this is very serious when its just a fun battle. Not sure if you or they read that in October.

Another thing i wrote then was we dont really care about this like others do, its been almost a year, we both made 2 songs and i agree let them just vote over it.

I think our songs, text, screen shots and explanations were good entertainment for the few that followed it LOL. I write articles so paragraphs aint shit. I think it was a good battle being rapping is my 4th art...in my last joint i used alot of multi raps cuz kats think i dont use them and i noticed you used same word raps (germaine germaine etc) i remember you didnt like when i did that for up/up lol. Like i said though we did our job entertaining kats for a year, so let them vote, i agree.

Anyway, happy holidays and new year to everyone. Peace.

Votes aren't necessary. I never considered this a battle - just 2 dudes dissing each other for entertainment.

Technically 2 kats trading disses is a battle but I hear what your saying, not a serious battle via bad blood, it was just for fun and if a few kats were entertained by it, kool.

I think its good for them to see us both talking here and realize we were just having fun and its nothing very serious as some thought.

All the battles, either beat or text battles on this site at least, were all for fun. There too much spam on cc and even though only several kats followed the disses, it probably was the most followed or viewed battle since Therapist vs Ravenous LOL.

I understand everyone has different perspective and opinions and thats kool. If they wanna hear all the songs and the story behind them, i posted them above.

Once again happy holidays and peace yall...

Edit : Added Link

P.S. For the remaining kats viewing this via cc and here, I posted the 4 tracks in the above post but you can click this below for an overview, i believe ALL INFO is available in this thread and BELOW :

Eh. CC was great but the site is unbearable now.

CC =
IPS Driver Error. There appears to be an error with the database. You can try to refresh the page by clicking here.

Plus the negativity there, crooked owner, SOME hypocritical admins, nonsense games, spambots, etc plus Bis wasnt down with CC for years...indeed CC been unbearable and met the same fate as CC.net...as predicted.

Well, I view lyrics of audios compared to lyrics of text two completely different ways. I'm much more critical of text raps -- I think they should be written in a much more technical manner as the lyrics are being judged based solely upon themselves. The difference between text and audio, obviously, is monumental. Someone can be a brilliant text lyricist but god awful on the microphone -- as lyricism is simply one facet of being a good rapper. Similarly, a great rapper might be a mediocre text rapper, as the only true facet of text rap is lyricism...

Tho, there is a small difference between my same rhyme (Germaine / Germaine) and yours (Up / Up) It's very slight.

I use Saint Germaine / Ain't Germaine -- so there is a rhyme there, the rhyme being a simple Saint/Ain't. You simply ended both bars with Up/Up. Again, slight difference -- but I'm fine with, and always have been, a rapper using the same word at the end of a couple bars if it fits and it delivers well and makes sense.

The second thing I wanted to address was the time issue. As I told Laolu, this is just a hobby of mine. I write in a strange, unmotivated, undedicated manner. When I saw you dropped a second dis, about a week later I sat down, listened to the beats I had, and wrote the first half of this dis to the beat I found... I let 2 months go by before I ever opened up that text file again... Came back, opened it up, wrote the second half and recorded it about an hour later.

I rarely ever sit down and write a full song in one sitting. Even after a song is written, I'm too lazy to record it until months later. I have 4 songs written I'm yet to record. For the most part, I hate everything leading up to the end product -- which is shitty for me, and shitty for me getting my album done.

Kool read. About the up/up line, i sent the text to you but it was for original audio of "Pride" on Cevon Deadly Sin LP...the lines were :

You naive fucks only give a shit about green bucks/
Ease up...cuz the internet is being seized up/
Flawed MCs caring about is diseased sluts.../
And the commercial machine, is making the scene suck/

Indeed i almost never use same word raps, but i noticed everybody had done it so it was no big deal doing the song. I later changed the lyrics up a bit.

No big deal about you doing it, but like Saint Germaine and ki Aint Germaine or playing a producer/shout out to a dope producer, its like ease up, seized up etc...no big deal.

I'm not worried about the time issue, this began in March and its over in Dec and in meantime we entertained a couple kats with audio and info, so its all good. Im just pointing it out cuz alot didnt know the history. For instance they might not know i literally made the 1st diss in 10 minutes including rappin it, scratching, mixdown and emailing it to Laf literally seconds before WKAR show started.

You should have recorded a bit of a harder diss this last time against me though, like "K.I. life is way too old/to hop on stage and blaze alotta rhymes on da microphone" or something. Reason i'm saying that is cuz the beat (reminds me of air supply/80s piano beat for Lupe mixtape guy made - its a kool beat) is a current type beat and your attitude on mic was more of a letter to me than trying to roast me. I think you could have saved that beat and used it for a song in which you rap a personal vibe for a positive message ish type of track. Thats my opinion though.

Also i dont know who is mixing your tracks, but once your beat really kicked in, a minute in, it kinda drowned out your lyrics. I would have raised your voice by 1.5 and adjusted your treble to +4 and minus your bass by -1. I'm not saying these things to be negative but to point them out cuz its what i noticed.

I saw in shoutbox you said im bad, i completely respect peoples opinion. Im more of a Pete Rock, Madlib, PMD, Havoc type of emcee...where i dedicate more to beat making or producing, than rapping...although everytime i rap i get better. Out of 400 beats i did and were used for artists songs in which i also directed, i rapped on maybe 50 of those. I have a very monotone style 90% of kats dont like, yet ironically i could rap like any artist and switch my voice in many ways even with different accents...but i choose to use my style of rapping, when i rarely do so.

The mic i use at home/pre-studio is :
Sony C800G Mic...

The mic i use on road (where i recorded last diss) is :
Rode NT-1000 Mic...which i recommended to Baal cuz its cheaper but very good

USB audio device for home is :
Digidesign Digi 003 Multitrack...

USB audio device i use on road is :
M-Audio PresUSB...i recommended to Baal cuz its cheap 2 channel but has phantom for condenser Mic

Pgrm to mix is :
Adobe Audition 3

I'm not sure why you keep mentioning ima bis clone, besides to joke with me of course, but my voice is more closer to Wombat Rex than Bis...and i wrote maybe 1 or 2 bars that are like what bis writes, but most are not like bis' in my opinion, unless you mean my 4 rhyme 2 bar rhyme schemes is what you mean, either way thanks for the compliment, of sorts. An example besides the :

In the post which i typed 60+ bars i had just laying around and then wrote some new bars jabbing you mixed in with it, which kats somehow thought was all bars going at you (i clearly even wrote that in header) what can be said to be like bis ???, that was a clever line i had laying around...But yes i am influenced from Rakim, BDK, Buckshot, Jeru, Canibus, PMD, Guru, etc...

In my opinion you got kind of like a early horrorcore Esham thing going on where you over pronounce every word to try and make it clear, its kind of a Evidence flow, choppy...for instance when you said homo, it was like HHOOMMOO, also seems you like to be more emotional about things going on as well...if Ab Stract others dig it thats kool, but we are from 2 different eras and have 2 different styles...which i think was a good reason kats liked the disses as entertainment.
